I was prompted to upgrade my 2020 Macbook Air last night to Ventura so went ahead, tonight i started it up and i have no sound, been in the settings and the Output options do not show the option to select the macbook speakers, only all my airplay devices like my sky tv etc... this is annoying as was working fine before the update ... Help please

First try restarting in Safe Mode followed by a normal restart.

If this doesn't solve the issue try resetting the SMC three or four times in a row.
