comcast email not working with IOS 16.1.1
I just upgraded my iphone 11 to IOS 16.1.1. Now my comcast email will not work. It indicates my username or passward is not correct. Any solutions?

The first thing that you should try is to log into Xfinity mail using a web browser and make sure that your username and password are working. If that checks out, this is what I do when I get those messages. From what I can determine, most of the time, it is caused by not having a strong WiFi connection.
The first thing I do is to check to make sure that my devices are using my home WiFi network and not one of the public Xfinity WiFi networks that my devices will also recognize. If I am connected to my home network, I move to an area where the signal is stronger. In my house, my bedroom gets flaky coverage from time to time so I move out of the bedroom and into another room in the house.
After I’m sure that I have a good connection, I close the mail app completely and then launch mail again. If that still fails, I close the mail app again, restart my device and then try again.
I can’t guarantee this will work for you, but it always works for me unless there is an issue on Comcast’s end.
