I am having the been having an issue, I can’t use the touch screen. It won’t let me put in my pin. I did a hard reset, then reset from my phone, then another hard reset on the watch. I even uninstalled, updated the watch on my phone, then tried another reset. My screen is still unresponsive. The watch works except for the touch screen. I can use Siri, see the time and everything but won't respond to my touch.
