Hi there, I've got a 2018 Apple Mac Mini 128GB Hard Disk with 32GB Ram.
I wonder if there is any way to enlarge the Boot Camp partition, which I initially set to 44GB, to half of 128GB, and shorten the Mac partition to the same, 64GB?

The only way to change the size of a Boot Camp partition is to use Boot Camp Assistant to remove the Boot Camp partition. Then using Boot Camp Assistant, create a new Boot Camp partition the size you want it to be.
My advice though is that a 128GB drive is not large enough for both a Boot Camp partition and the Mac partition. I recommend a minimum Boot Camp partition to be at least 256GB.
