Hi mirttant, welcome to the Apple community

I hope you are doing well 🤗

If you have lost them yourself, it will not be possible to get new ones for free. If you're only missing one AirPod or the case, you can purchase the AirPods separately via the link below. I also invite you to read the article on how to find your lost AirPods.

You can replace a single AirPod (left or right AirPod) or a Charging Case for a fee. Use our "Get an Estimate" tool to review potential costs if you get service directly from Apple

Locate your AirPods on a map

If you've lost or misplaced your AirPods, you might be able to find them if you use the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac that you're signed in to with the same Apple ID. With AirPods Pro (2nd generation), you can also locate the charging case on the map if it's separated from your AirPods.

Locate your AirPods in the Find My app

      1. Open the Find My app.
      2. Select the Devices tab.
      3. Choose your AirPods. Under each device, you see a location or "No location found."

If the issue is not resolved, feel free to come back to us or contact Apple support for more information.
