I just replaced my iPhone 12 mini screen, due to a crack being in it previous to the replacement. What happens when I do that and if the screen starts overheating?

Hello ~ Who replaced your screen? Apple? If it was not Apple you indeed have an issue. If it was Apple take it back in and have it checked out.
