Pinch zooming in Pen editing mode in photos no longer works with iOS 16.1.1

iOS 16.1.1 - pinch-zoom no longer works while trying to edit photos in pen mode. Trying to pinch-zoom just marks up the image.

Newish quick crop feature in photos not working as advertised Recently discovered this feature. When I zoom in on a photo, the little crop button appears in the top right corner. As soon as I release my fingers (to tap crop), the button disappears. So it appears, then it disappears before I can execute. What in the heck is going on. I certainly cannot pinch zoom in with one hand, and tap the button with the other hand (before it disappears), I only have two hands. According to the basic usage of this, it doesn't even work. Is there some secret, undisclosed magic trick to using crop? Thank you

iOS 18 double tap zoom does not work anymore. For some reason in the photos app on my iPad Pro m1 and on my iPhone 16 pro, double tapping an image does not zoom into the photo properly anymore. Zooms only enough to fill the screen.

Photo selection lock screen keeps zooming in photos I have a rotating selection of photos (photo selection in customization) for my lock screen. My IPhone keeps zooming in on every photo for some reason, possibly repositioning entirely. Does anyone have a solution for this? I thought after positioning the images manually myself they would stay in that position, but I guess not. 1st image is what I set the zoom the be, the 2nd is what it eventually gets to.

Hope it’s a bug and they correct it in update. I can’t live without this zoom, I use it all the time to correct and comment on my students homework
