Phone call in progress

When connected to CarPlay it says Phone call in progress. There’s no call in progress and music sounds bad. How to fix it?

Call gets disconnected again and again Hi, Im facing this issue from more than 2 months, where call gets disconnected on its own within every 1 minute of time. Its not an issue of network provider, because when I’m using Bluetooth audio device during the call, the call goes normal. Kindly fix this issue.

Calls dropping after 16.4.1 without any notification sounds or anything After 16.4.1, I have faced some problems but this is the most important one. because, I cannot talk via phone call if I do not use airpords or over ipad or macbook or I have to use whatsapp, telegram, etc. When I watch the screen while calling, I realised, phone acts like I clicked to speaker button on the screen and drops the call. Which Car model is this? Please take your car to a reputed Car dealer and get the Audio device rebooted/reset.

Are you sure you have CarPlay?

That isn't a CarPlay screen in the picture.
