Browser skips a page on iPhone 7

Hi. I’ve been completing surveys on 3 different websites.

(My iPhone and iPad both have the same issue. After logging in to the surveys and clicking to the 1st Agreement/Consent it skips over this to the EXPLANATION of Terms of Service, Privacy, etc. I can usually SEE it skip the pages, but it’s too fast to intercede. I’ve used 3 browsers: Safari, Chrome & Firefox, allowed all tracking and cookies.

Changing the browser fixed the issue for 2 days and again began with the same issue of skipping to the explanations page.

All 3 websites are repeatedly doing the same thing. this. I’m making the new browser to “current”” browser & my “default” browser when making the initial change of browser. The websites “Contact Us” have no explanations other than to change the browser, which only worked

These are 3 “at home survey” websites, although I have seen it happen in only 1 other instance. I can physically see the page skip, but even when slowing the feed video, I still don’t have time to click on the Consent/ Agreement pages. It’s an automatic skip. When writing the “Contact Us” directly to the websites, the ONLY reply was to change browsers. It worked only 2 days, then began skipping again. I then changed browsers and tried 2 more. Now NONE of the browsers work. My only option is to use Internet Explorer, which I don’t like - due to their security issues.

All my devices are Apple products. I’ve cleared the cookies, cache, and switched to default when switching the web browser. Even my 36 years old son couldn’t figure it out.
