Greetings bojok,

It would be helpful if you could tell us more about what’s happen when using the Wallet app. Is it not launching, are the cards/passes etc stored within not scanning, or something else entirely?

We can begin with a few basic steps though.

Restart your iPhone, if you haven’t already. Restart your iPhone

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2.Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Make sure your iPhone is up to date. Update your iPhone or iPad

If you’re attempting to using Apple Pay, the steps here are also helpful - If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay

If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay
Learn what steps to take if you can't add a card to the Wallet app to use with Apple Pay.

1. Check that you're able to use Apple Pay:
• Contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay.
• Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS.
• Make sure that you are in a supported country or region.
• Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.
2. Check for services outages or connection issues.
3. If you see the message "Could Not Add Card" or "Invalid Card," contact your bank or card issuer.

Apple does not approve or decline cards for use with Apple Pay. If your card was declined, contact your bank or card issuer.

If you need help adding a card, learn how to set up Apple Pay.

Thanks.
