Has anyone had problems expanding to full screen while watching videos since the IOS 16.1.1 upgrade?
I cannot watch full screen anymore on some of my apps (CBC Sports) is one of them
iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16

I just wanted to let you know that CBC Sports support got back to me and said they’d let their technical support team be aware of the issue wth the arrows. They did give me a tip / solution for now, which is unlock portrait orientation and watch that way
works for me! Have lots to catch up and watch.

If this is isolated to certain apps, it may be an issue that the application developer needs to address (CBC and any other applications with this issue).
If you need to do that, you can contact an app developer following the steps here: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
"Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app
or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app."

Thanks for your suggestions / advice. I’ve contacted the App Support for that app and explained the difficulties; Apple Support through text Saturday (to no avail) I also tried deleting the app, powering off my iPhone, and then reinstalling app to no avail.
Now I’m just waiting for hopefully a response and possible fix.
