Apple TV Library does not show my purchased media
I’m logged into my Apple account on my iPad Pro, but the Apple TV app will not show any of my movie or TV show purchases. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, but that has not worked.

If you are not seeing your purchased content in the TV app, let's first check the purchase history on your iPad using these steps from View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services to see if these movies and shows are showing there:
Find information about older purchases
If you can't find an item in your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com, check the purchase history in Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Or check the purchase history in Account Settings on your computer.
On your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Purchase History.
Your purchase history appears. Tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.
