Missing Quick Access Toolbar

I’m having the same issue. I tried not signed in, and signed in, but I don’t have anybody else to sign in under. I don’t have the same screen and options as your tutorial video on how to customize the quick access toolbar. I am able to go and set up the options I want to use, but then when I’m in a spreadsheet, I don’t have the quick access toolbar at all. Just the regular ribbon. I just want to be able to do undo-redo again.

First, let’s check if the issue persists when signed in on a different user account.

I'm currently using Office 2019, Excel v. 16.68 on Ventura and I have a Quick Action Toolbar.

I enabled all the silly modes (Full Screen, Stage Manager) thinking it might be one of those, but it still shows up.

If you are using Microsoft 365, perhaps they removed it from that.

This is also happening to me. I have tried all kinds of things and there is no bringing it back. Would love its return.

I also updated my Microsoft software and that fixed the problem.

I was having the same problem. Then I updated Word to the latest version and that solved the issue.
