Tingling sensation in fingertips

Anyone feeling a tingling sensation in their fingertips while using Apple Laptops. I have a 2013 Macbook Air, a 2021 MacBook Pro M1 15in, and a 2021 MacBook Pro M1 16in. I can feel it using all three computers. The tingling usually starts within 1 or 2 minutes after I start using the computer and after a few minutes it becomes unbearable. When i use an external keyboard and mouse I don't feel it. That's how I am able to do my work. Anyone experiencing this and what have you done to get past it?
