How do I import my passwords from a CSV file?

Passwords will not import passwords from the .csv file created in Lastpass Upgraded to Sequoia today and was trying to import passwords from Lastpass. I exported a .csv file from Lastpass (no options available to choose). When attempting to import into Apple Passwords app I received the following message "Passwords could not import passwords from the CSV file." Is there something I can do to correct this? Thanks

Missing password import CSV Help? I exported the passwords to desktop. To keep a copy .... I didn't know they would be gone from my actual password file on Safari. Yikes I can get to Import the CSV password file it says it is imported but not back where they were prior in which I exported! Please help anyone. Where did they go? How do I get them back? Thanks in advance.

Trying to import from passwords from 1Password as CSV file. I am unable to import 1Password passwords into Mac Keychain but the csv file is greyed out. Using High Sierra 10.13. I have tried numerous times and it just will not work? I am using High Sierra 10.13.6. My Mac is about 12 years old. 27” Screen.
