How to disable Scroll Lock on MacBook

I use Macbook Pro M1 2021 14Inch.

I try to disable scroll lock especially when working on Excel but after googling for hours I could not find a solution that works.

  • There is no F14 button.
  • There is no possibility to add F14 to accessibility keyboard
  • Using external Windows keyboard doesn't work, as using Scroll Lock from that only results in changing brightness of the screen
  • FN + Shift +F12 doesn't do anything.
  • also in Excel itself I've read you can do it from status bar by clicking there and selecting from the menu, but there is no option like that on laters version of Excel that I work on.

see screenshot from Excel:

All software on my MacBook is up to date.

Please help!

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.0
