I am not able to change my country even though I’ve canceled all the subscriptions.

I can’t change my country region I recently moved to uk from Pakistan and i want to change my country region but it’s not changing for some reason idk what it is. I’ve cancelled all the subscriptions, there’s no balance on apple id and there’s no family sharing please help me out
