Apple trying to sign me into wrong account

When I try to update an app Apple ID wants me to sign in but it’s making me sign into the wrong account but I recently discovered that when I downloaded and app it let me sign in to the correct account. I don’t know how to make it change and let me sign into the right Apple ID because the one it wants me to I don’t have access to anymore.
