I got a phone and I want this card off my phone and apple will not take it off

Apple has a card on my apple wallet and I don’t want it on my phone it’s not mine and I feel weird having a random card on my phone it’s my ex’s bc I allowed her to use my phone

If you have subscriptions, you have to have a payment method on file.

See the Apple Support article below which explains some ways to remove a payment method. Link to contact Apple Support is in the article.

If you can't remove a payment method from your Apple ID.
