AirTag Item is not showing up in Find My Items app on Apple Watch even though AirTag is being properly tracked by iPhone the Apple Watch is connected to?
Why won't my watch pick up the item as well?

You should be able to use Find Items on your Apple Watch.
Take a look at Locate an AirTag or other item in Find Items - Apple Support for details on how to use this feature.
