Why can’t I see all of the photos I’ve sent/received when I click on my message contact? I can only see about 20% of the photos we’ve texted. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello Poodles03,

This page can help out with locating photos sent in Messages: Use Messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Find attachments from a conversation
1. Open the message.
2. Tap the name of the contact at the top of the message. If you're using iOS 14 or earlier, or iPadOS, tap the Info button .
3. You'll see Photos and Links. Touch and hold an image or attachment to show options like Save, Copy, Share, and Delete.

If the photos haven't loaded after a minute or so, try checking to see if iCloud Photos is enabled (Settings > Photos). If so, head back to the Messages app, select your conversation, and tap the contact's name at the top. Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen that comes up and see if there's a 'Download' button here, which may have a note about a number of images being in iCloud.

Cheers.
