How do I cancel my iCloud monthly fee of .99?

Go to System Prefs, then AppleID, then iCloud (or just iCloud in older OSs). Look for the "Manage" button next to your storage graph. Click on it. You'll see another button to "Change Storage Plan" -- that's what you want.
