How do I recover my deleted emails from my trash

In the Apple Mail app, on your iPhone, go to the Trash Folder. You will see the list of all emails in the Trash folder. Tap on EDIT (Top Right). Tap on each email that you would like to recover. Then tap on MOVE (Bottom Middle). After that, you can move those emails to the INBOX.
