Macbook half of backlit keyboard working after Ventura 13.0.1 update

My Keyboard lights were fine prior to the Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400) update. After the update, only half of the keyboard is lit.

I turned off "Adjust Keyboard brightness in low light,
and turned up the keyboard brightness to 100%.
Set "Turn Keyboard backlight off after inactivity" to never.
Reset SMC.

No change.

Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019, 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

Has anyone had this issue?

You've done a great job troubleshooting the issue on your own. If only half of the keyboard backlight works after completing those steps, this may indicate a potential hardware issue with the Mac.
