Is There A Way to Transfer Subscriptions From One Apple ID to Another?

I have a membership on one apple ID for a different device but, this device does not have the proper amount of money to cover the subscription. I want to know if I can somehow transfer the subscription from one account to the other so that I am able to pay it in time. If anyone knows how please tell me.

No, you cannot transfer any purchased content, including subscriptions. You would have to cancel it under the current AppleID and then subscribe to it with the new AppleID.
