Disable Dictation in Monterey??

I Just updated my Macbook to MOnterey 12.6.1. In my Shot Designer app it opens the Dictation window every time I type the letter D. I've tried turning dictation off in system preferences but it doesn't work. I've also tried going to Keyboard>App Shortcuts> and adding a Menu Title

"Start Dictation" and keyboard shortcut Option+Command+D. maybe thats not the right command to use but regardless it still didnt work. Any suggestions?
