Anyone know if I can connect Widex hearing aids to MacBook Pro M1 2020??

Since your hearing aids are MFi compatible, Bluetooth LE, you will need an accessory device to pair with the Bluetooth of your MacBook Pro. That device will interface between your MacBook Pro and your hearing aids. Talk to your audiologist about which Widex accessory will make that work.
