Backup data to new phone

i am taring to backup mu data in my Apple ID, but when i used the apple ID in new phone it showed me no data for backup. As i checked before there are around 107 GB data under my Apple ID.

Please need your support

By Apple ID you mean iCloud, probably.

Backup and Restore are 2 processes.

iCloud Backup is done to store your iPhone Data on iCloud
Restore is done to get the data stored on iCloud on your Device.

Use iCloud Backup and Restore.

How to back up with iCloud

Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
Go to Settings > [your name], and tap iCloud.
Tap iCloud Backup.
Tap Back Up Now. Stay connected to your Wi-Fi network until the process completes.
