In a number of Word documents the apple logo disappeared leaving a blank spot in a number of sentences.
I tried to replace it by typing the shortcut command-control-K, but that didn't work.
The document is my list of shortcuts, etc.
I am using Ventura 13.0.1. and Word 16.67 (2019) latest update.
How can I get the apple logo to show properly in lines of text?

Does not surprise me in a windows app... if you are using the correct key combo(?)
I do know in developing web pages the Unicode Hex Character Code <  > is more reliable.
On the Mac keyboard typically Shift Option K is how you produce the symbol
not "command control K" as you specify above?

I was advised that "that feature has not yet been added by Microsoft".
Based on your advice, I tried with more fonts which still did not work. Then I tried the Baskerville font and it worked!
It's still unclear to me why the Apple symbol disappeared in my existing documents, but perhaps it has something to do with the recent system update to MacOS 13 and/or changes to the character map for some fonts.

If does not show up when you do option shift K, it means it could be missing from the font. Try changing the font for just that character.
