Help with boot loop data recovery :(

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to recover any data on a phone stuck boot looping? I have tried to hard reboot it/tried to plug it into a computer to get the option to update it and I can't connect to the phone at all.. I'm quite sure it is happening because my phone's storage is very full + I hadn't updated the software.

Almost all my recent photos are on icloud; however all the photos that I had sent to me from a friend and had saved on my phone are nowhere to be found... things saved via my camera much more recently are all on icloud.. does anyone have any ideas about this?
