How do I fix Microsoft Outlook quit unexpectedly on Mac OS Ventura (it won't even open)?

Outlook does not even start, I get this message each time. I am running Mac OS Ventura, it is up to date. Office is up to date as well.

I can provide Report Details privately if needed.

Any solution?

I suggest reinstalling Office. If possible, uninstall it first.
