How to locate a person connected to a device?

When using Find My you’re able to view locations of each device. What would cause you not to view the people’s location that is connected to the device?

If you want to locate people, that are not using a device that it registered to your Apple ID, they would have to enable sharing their location with you:

Find people and share your location with Find My - Apple Support
