OS version for old Mac
I'm running a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) and want to know what is the latest OS and version for this unit.
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6
See if Software Update will find 11.7.1 while in Safe Mode.

Thanks for your quick response. Does apple put out version updates for Big Sur? My version is 11.6.8. When I checked for updates the little wheel just sat there and spun.
11.7.1 is the latest version of Big Sur available.
