We understand that you have an unknown Bluetooth device connected to your iPhone. Try tapping on the pairing record to see if more information is available. Usually, there is an information button and you can tap on this to choose "Forget this Device. If this is not an option, you can reset your network. Resetting your network settings will remove not only all paired devices, but your Wi-Fi, APN, cellular, and VPN settings. Make sure you have Wi-Fi network passwords available.
It's best to create a backup before completing this step.

Once you’ve created a backup you can go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Your iPhone will restart and you can connect your Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth devices.
