How to change child’s birth date

Hello!

I’m experiencing the same problem and tried to follow the link above, but it doesn’t work….

My child is now underage as per the wrong birth date, so I am the one who could possibly adjust it to the actual one, but I haven’t found solution so far how to manage this problem….My daughter was using by now Samsung and as of yesterday she transferred to an IPhone, but now we cannot download all applications that she was using until now, because of the wrong age and the age related restrictions…

Could you possibly send me the link, so that I can contact apple support, I know that in my situation this is what I should do.

Did that and they’ve told me this cannot be changed. Thanks anyway for the reply!
