No your mail isn't part of the icloud bckup as outlined here What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support
You need to contact google support on how to recover your deleted emails.

I saw that my apple phone has backed up gmail. I accidentally deleted mails on my mac and emptied the trash earlier. Id like to restore my mails from iCloud back up
