Is this also true if you use a current (107) version of Firefox, or new versions of the Brave browser. These are using current TLS 1.2/1.3 security protocols in their web access that the version of Safari on macOS High Sierra does not support due to its age.

Most websites that are up on their security have now transitioned to requesting these current security protocols.
