iPhone Locked to owner
My iPhone 7 has been locked to owner.. and I don’t have ID and Pasword to unlock . For reference please check attached picture. And I also don’t have iPhone Box and Bill.
Your only option is to contact the prior owner for help with this. Only they can remove the activation lock. Without their help, the phone is useless to you. If possible, return it for a refund and then buy a phone you can use.
