I can not download Itunes on my macbook pro

I have tried to install Itunes on my mac, it never worked. why?

i have tried it with macOS Monterey version 12.4 it did NOT install, then I have upgraded to macOS ventura's latest update, again it did NOT install. i have tried all itunes version exist on apple.com website non of them worked.
