Reminders not Syncing FROM iPhone 14 Pro Max

Reminders entered or deleted on my iPhone 14 Pro Max do not sync with any of my other Apple devices, MacBook Pro M2, Ventura or iPad Mini (latest). All have most current updates as of this writing (11/20/22 EST). HOWEVER, any entries or deletions on the Mac or iPad DO populate or delete on the phone. Any suggestions from the community? I spoke at length with Apple support and the issue was escalated but with no luck.

Probably your Reminders were not stored on iCloud but on other email Accounts. Please see the pic below
