How do I move my lock screen notifications from bottom of screen iOS 16.1.1?

I seriously hate the notifications at the bottom of the screen with a burning passion. Bonus question, how do you move the search bar back to the top instead of the middle of the screen when you swipe from the middle of your Home Screen to search for something? You’d think these be option items like the other changes they do where you can change it back if you want.

Notifications back on top? I want my lockscreen notifications in ios16 like it was before in ios 15. Now they always seem “gone” unless swiping awkwardly somewhere in the middle to the top.

You cannot move them and will have to continue to pull them from bottom up.
