Macbook keeps disconnecting from wifi

My Macbook simply will not stay connected to wifi. I've tried every troubleshooting tip I could find. I updated all the software, reset all my network settings, forgot the network and logged in again, reset both the router and my computer about 100 times, and I still can't stay connected to the internet for more than a few minutes. Even connecting over ethernet cable didn't help. I know it's not my network - all my other devices are connecting just fine. I have no idea what to do.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0

Connecting over Ethernet should give you a COMPLETELY different experience.

Make certain that Ethernet is shown as the TOPMOST working interface in

system preferences > Network

if it is not TOPMOST, use the gear Icon under the box to 'Set Service Order" and drop Ethernet topmost.

if not working, report the status and whether you can access web sites.
