iPhone 14 stuck on notification on locked screen, can't restart

M Iphone 14 is stuck on a notification to allow notifications, restart won't work because the notification is on top. I can get the slide to power off but the screen is frozen. I've tried quickly pushing volume up then volume down then side button and that doesn't work either.

My screen is frozen and can't shut it down because a notification popped up in front of the slide bar to shut down and I can't shut it down. should I just wait for my phone to lose power so it will shut down on is own?!

iPad frozen due to stuck notification in home app i opened the app “home” and then a notification appears saying “home would like to send you notifications” and then I put away my iPad, 5 minutes later I found that the notification is still there, I can’t do anything because is frozen. Ipad9 frozen “home” wants to send notifications I tried to force a restart but, the button to close it won’t slide over. The “home” wants to send you message is on top blocking everything

Please follow the instructions:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Wait for the Apple logo to appear, while holding the button.

The first two presses of following sequence must be very quick:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If you have a protective case, remove it, and try the three-button sequence again.

If that fails, contact Apple Support directly, and discuss your options and alternatives.
