All my purchased movies are gone!

My purchased movies (nearly 500) are no longer accessable in iTunes or on Apple TV

You might try signing out of your Apple ID, then sign in again. See also Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and check for hidden purchases.

Purchased movies are no longer available on my Apple TV I purchased several movies via the Apple TV store. Some of them are not available in my library anymore. I can't stream them anymore on mac, ipad or apple tv. They are still available for purchase, so I would need to purchase them again, which I obviously don't want to do. I can still find the proof that I purchased them in my Apple account purchase history online. I sent multiple support requests to Apple but I'm not getting any replies. I tried chatting with someone from Apple, but he wasn't able to resolve my problem. Can someone please restore my purchases? Purchase content (movies) not appearing I purchased several films on iTunes/Apple TV, and they are no longer appearing in my account. The link provided in a previous discussion on this topic to "re-download" content no longer works.
