Troubleshooting a Black iPhone Screen:

I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop. This can occur when updating, and it got frozen. So, refer to my user tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

iPhone 13 Mini, been crashing every hour or so or freezing for a solid 15/30min, analytics logs are full of "panic full" crash reports.
