Problem with numbers and money format.

New release of MacOS 13.0.1 Ventura

Like every new update the separator for decimal and thousands is wrong for the French (Swiss), but is good for the German (Swiss). Why ?

I have the same problem with this release, but this one as no possibility to correct it.

My separator for numbers and money are wrong. I am in Switzerland and in all the Switzerland we use the numbers like this 1'234.56 and for money CHF 1'234.56. If this is ok for German (Swiss) it is wrong for French(Swiss) and with this version of MacOs I can't modify this parameters. The option is no more present.

When I use Excel or numbers every numbers I write are interpreted like text.

This bug is an old bug, but before I can personalized this.

Can I use Command Line to configure it ? or an other suggestion ?
