Apple Arcade But Still Getting Ads On Games

Hello!

I have Apple Arcade with my Verizon plan, and I can see under my subscriptions that I have Apple Arcade activated, but no luck with no ads. Is this because the plan with Verizon doesn't support the no-ads portion of Apple Arcade? Is there another issue that I should be looking into? I have access to Apple Arcade games and can play those with no ads, but all other games have so many ads.
