Can someone explain why iPhone would randomly flash several times during the night when asleep please?
it happens multiple times during night at various times. It is NOT the led flash for notifications as this feature is disabled.

This happened to me last night at 2am! I thought it was an amber alert but no message was on my phone in the morning to indicate that. I’d also like an answer on this.
I don’t want to be putting focus on my phone not get these. They don’t wake me up so it’s not a problem. What I am after is diagnosis of what that could be and which Apple services would use flash for whatever reason when LED flash notifications are switched off that’s all.
Impossible for us to diagnose from afar. Why not put a Focus Do Not Disturb on your phone when you sleep?
