Does apple have old iPod stock? If so is there a way to buy?

Apple no longer sells any iPod models. If they have any on hand, they'll be given out as replacements, not sold.

Where could I buy a brand new 7th generation iPod Touch in these days? Hello, I was just wondering if anybody could please tell me where I could get a brand new 7th generation iPod Touch in these days? Local retailers around my area don't sell them anymore and Apple stores in my country ran out of them just a few months after Apple announced it was discontinuing its music player.
