I can’t restore my all data on backups my data is missing not complete as it was on my backups

If you restored the backup and the data wasn’t recovered, perhaps that’s because you were syncing some data with iCloud. If you were syncing with iCloud, you need to make sure all of those items are switched on in the settings.

Contacts, reminders, calendar events, notes, photos (if using iCloud Photos) and files, etc. can be synced with iCloud. If data is missing from those apps, enable them again in the settings. Settings>Your name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud.
